You'll be welcomed into our comfortable ground-floor home with a garden and spacious outdoor space! Our recently renovated home, designed in a modern and functional style, will warmly welcome you and ensure you have a wonderful time. Our home is located in Ragusa, very close to the Saturday market, and the historic center is a 15-minute walk away. Ragusa Ibla is a 10-minute drive away, Modica is a 20-minute drive away, the sea at Marina di Ragusa is a 20-minute drive away, and Punta Secca (where Montalbano's lighthouse and house are located) is a 30-minute drive away. The master bedroom has a double bed (170x190 cm, slightly larger than a queen-size bed) and an en-suite bathroom; the other two bedrooms have small double beds. The home has two bathrooms, a laundry room with a washer/dryer and a robot vacuum cleaners and floor cleaners, a pantry, a kitchen/living room with an extendable table, a wine cellar, an induction stove, a dishwasher, and ovens, and a conservatory overlooking our garden. The entire house is surrounded by a veranda. To get around and visit the nearby attractions (Modica, Syracuse, the sea), you can use our 2018 Hyundai diesel, model ix20, 5-seater. For the beach, towels, chairs, and umbrellas are available. High speed Wi-Fi, Netflix, Disney Plus, Sky, Discovery Plus.

The supermarket and pharmacy are a 1-minute walk away.
We have two strollers, two High chair, two Kids car seats, a changing table, and a crib upon request.
