House with large garden just outside Galway
We are a young couple in our 30s, our house is located about 5km outside of Galway city. The sea is 6km away, and Connemara lies 30km west.
The house is secluded, up a country road with a large garden. Public transport is limited to this area, so you likely should be comfortable with driving.
The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large open-plan kitchen and two sitting rooms and an office. There is a sauna behind the house. The property is one acre big. There is a pond, plants from all over the world and beautiful big trees.
We renovated the entire house in 2024. It is full of light and when the sun is out, we live as much indoors as we do outdoors.
There is a greenhouse. So, if you are staying and anything is ripe: help yourselves.
