A nice duplex in the Catalan Pyrenees (Puigcerdà, Spain)
Puigcerdà is a nice village in the middle of the Catalan Pyrenees. Our apartment is a dupplex located in the south of the town with views of the mountains.
In our home you will find two floors. In the first one there is the kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and the dining - living room with exit to a large terrace, whereas in the second floor there are two comfortable bedrooms( one with a terrace ) with another equipped bathroom and a cosy and confortable rest and reading area . In addition there is also a community garden with swimming-pool.
We have a parking place in the same building.

We really enjoyed this exchange in Puigcerda. We loved the comfortable apartment with its spectacular views. The location was superb. We spent many happy days exploring the lakes and mountains of the region. We visited Andorra and we also spent some time in the French Pyrenees. Gloria and Jordi were fantastic Intervac hosts. They were very easy to communicate with and sent us many helpful videos and provided lots of advice on what to do in the area. They also let our house super clean. We would like to thank them for a great exchange.

We did two exchanges with Intervac and six more on the other platform and this home exchange was one of the best so far. Jordi & Glòria are very nice and always very helpful. Communication was easy and smooth. Their apartment is as described, nice, cozy and well equipped, one cannot wish more. Last but not least, we did not know the area very well and we were very, very positively surprised. Away from tourist crowds, for us, more sporty family, it is a hidden gem. Highly recommended. Thank you once again Jordi & Glòria!

We are a middle age couple.
Our daughter doesn´ t live at home but she, and her boyfriend, always try to spend a few days in vacations with us.
We don't have pets and we don't want pets in our home. Allergy problems related to animal fur, such as cats, mice, hamsters, guinea pigs...
