Near to Hamburg: sunny house with a view into the woods.
We live in Stade, a gorgeous small town just under an hour away from the center of Hamburg. We live in Ottenbeck, a quiet, peaceful area of Stade. The back window of our house looks out on a small nature preserve with trails. A bakery is nearby. Our house is 7 km away from the city center, with a bus station just across the street.
We built the house ourselves in 2001. It's open and airy, with big windows and a comfortable living space. The three bedrooms of the children are with a gallery to sleep.
If you arrive by plane or train: We can offer you our car, a Mercedes Vito for 7 persons: so you can drive to many beautiful places.
Our sons Joan and Leif don´t live at home anymore, but maybe they want to travel with us.

Our neighborhood, Ottenbeck, is quiet and kid-friendly. There are a couple playgrounds in walking distance, and a basketball hoop nearby. Our neighbors are friendly and the neighborhood is very safe.
Stade is a charming small town, with the old harbor and city center preseved beautifully. Some of the buildings are hundreds of years old and the city center is partly a pedestrian zone, great for taking walks, casual shopping or relaxing in a cafe.

La comunicacion muy fluida y amable desde el principio. Su casa mucho mejor de lo que pensábamos. El entorno en plena naturaleza nos ha fascinado. El transporte público muy bueno y el pueblo de Stade muy bonito. Una estancia muy agradable.
La comunicación desde el inicio muy fluida, hemos tenido a nuestra disposción la posibilidad de intercambiar coches y disfrutado de una amplia casa con un precioso jardin. Disfrutado de Stade que de otra forma no lo hubieraamos conocido y hemos recorrido los alrededores del rio Elba tanto como ciudades cercanas como Hamburgo, Lubedk, Travemonde, Kiel, Huson…..ect. El algunos momentos la lluvia nos a impedido disfrutar de las bicicletas pero era alqo que preveiamos. Gracias Claudia, Jorg, Joan, Leif y Enno, por el agradable encuentro que tuvimos el ultimo dia. Nos volveremos a ver en el Barcarole.
Mitten im Trubel der Grossstadt haben wir eine gemütliche Wohnung im Altbaucharme vorgefunden. In ein anderes Wohngefühl eizutauchen, ist immer wieder spannend! In Berlin wird Wohnraum effizienter genutzt als bei uns "auf dem Land". Unser herzlichster Dank geht aber an die Jugend, Unser 16jähriger Sohn hat den Abend mit den ihm bis dahin unbekannten Freunden und die Stadtführung sehr genossen! Das hat uns allen zu einem Restaurant-Tipp in der direkten Nachbarschaft verholfen! Einen herzlichen Dank an Familie Kammer und die Freundinnen der Töchter!
