Schulzendorf, Tyskland

Our house was build in 1934 and has approx. 260 square meters and a large garden with about 1.600 square meters. We did a massive complete reconstruction in 2020 / 2021 but we try to keep all the original floorboards, ceilings etc. So it has still the „style“ of the 1930´s added with modern technic.
We live on 4 level. The basement has a washroom for laundry, a hobby room with a piano, a workshop / tool room and a warehouse.
The 1st floor has a large living room with a kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom. In the livingroom we have a videoprojector with a large screen, also a PS4.
In the 2nd floor we have two bedrooms for the boys, a guest room, an (home)office and a bathroom with a shower.
In the 3rd floor are two bedrooms for our girls and a small third bathroom on this level.
In the garden you can play table tennis, trampolin, air track, „fly“ with a 30 meter long cable car or have a barbeque. The garden ends at a small stream (separated with a fence and door, so small kids can play safe and alone).
From May to September we activate our heated saltwater pool including computer regulated ecological filter system with a minimum of chemical additives. The garden is watered with an automatic sprinkler system. An lawn robot cares about the lawn cut.
In case of car exchange we provide our 7 seat family van (Tesla Model X), with long range battery.
In the summer time we also can provide a 40 sqm meter mobile home at the baltic sea, close to the town Greifswald, 100 meter from the sea. It has a nice living room, 3 bedrooms with 6 beds, well equiped kitchen (fridge, gas stove, oven) bathroom, seperate toilet, warm water, heater, radio... / cd-system: http://www.campingplatz-loissin.de . We also have a 6 HP motor rubber boat for little trips at the coastline.
We have 2 bikes at the baltic sea and 8 bikes in different sizes in our house.
