Flat very near to Park Güell of Gaudí
We're a family of 5 (2 adults + 3 daughters) living in Barcelona, Spain. Our flat is located in Gracia, a nice charming and one of the most popular areas in Barcelona city.
The flat has a small yard with a lot of plants, 2 bedrooms (one with bunk beds and another with a double bed), a small office, one complete bathroom and a well equipped kitchen.
The neighbourhood has all kind of facilities: market, supermarkets, pharmacies and shops of all sort. Also transport facilities: metro (green line: Lesseps stop is very close) and many buses.
We're two minutes away from Parc Güell by foot (The modernist Gaudi Park) and 25 minutes away from the city centre. By metro it's just 4 stops (15 minutes).
What to tell about Barcelona? Beatiful and rich in culture, with lots to do and plenty to visit. It is next to the sea. We are also one hour away from La Costa Brava and Girona by car or train, and going south just one hour away to Tarragona and Port Aventura (family fun park).

We're a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 daughters). We have a dog named Indar.
We have done five exchanges and it was a very good experience. We are very respectful and aware of how important it's to look after the house of others.
I work in a school of children with disabilities, my husband is a Beer Sommelier and our daughters are studying and working.
We like to travel to learn about the other countries and discover another cultures.
Estilo de vida
Our neighborhood, Gracia, is very popular and very charming. It's well communicated and near the center of Barcelona. There are many shops, places for recreational activities and green areas (Parc Guell, very close).
Our apartment is in a small building in a very quiet street.
