A nice and spacious (170 m2) house in a lovely part of Stockholm, Nacka. The house is built 2001 with five bedrooms and generous living rooms. Wooden parquette floors and wifi troughout the house. A lush garden surrounds the house where you can enjoy the evening and the morning sun, a coffe or a BBQ. Several trees with apples, pears, cherries and plums- ready for you to eat. If you have children you might enjoy the big size trampoline.

The buzz of the town is within close reach, 10 km, 10 minutes by car or 20 by bus, will take you directly to the Old Town with quaint alleys, the Royal Palace, shops and other tourist attractions. Stockholm is a modern city with several nice restaurants and is ideal for touristing since it is easy accessible- no traffic jams and excellent public transport.

The house is located just at the border of a unique nature reserve area, with several local lakes, excellent for swimming, three within close walking distance. Great recreation possibilities, maybe you'd like to test our canoe? The archipelago is approx. a 30 min drive, or 4 km on back roads  through forest and meadows (bike or foot) away.  

If you would like to visit Finland while you're here the ferries to Helsinki is just a few bus stops away. We could recomend a nice 24 h cruise through the archipelago to Helsinki.

We could excange cars if its suitable, Several bikes ready for grown-ups and older children. Plenty of excellent bike roads, so you can bike safely.

We are a flexible and open family with three children and a cat. Our cat has his own cat flap entrance and lives independently, but needs to be fed once a day.
We love out door activites, hiking, hill walking, swimming as well as strolling in a park, nice restaurants and museums.
