Dear friends, sorry but we are restoring our house so we can't organize swap until the end of this works.
If you would you like to visit Umbria we have availble our second home in Casteldilago, close Marmore Fall's - IT1017364
Spacious and bright apt on the fourth floor of a building in the center of Terni nearby the public park "La Passeggiata" ideal for walking and running. Easy access with double lifts, without architectural barriers.
The appartment is about 120mq, with one kitchen, two large room and a studio, two balcony.
Nearby the building the Sporting Club "Pass Partout" whit a public outodoor swimming pool.
In front our buildind a green area with children palyground and a large free car parking.
Supermarket and bank nearby, 10-minute walk, on Friday morning in the center there is also a Farmer's Market "Campagna Amica", with organic vegetables.
The train station is about 30 minute walk, Terni and Rome are well connected, for schedule please visit: www.trenitalia.com.
We have available 4 bikes, one for man, one for woman and two for children 8, 5 years old
We can offer also the availability of equipment for small children.
We can also exchange our second car, a Toyota Yaris (2004) with two children seats for move around Umbria (not suitable for long distance).
We can arrange also a not simultaneous exchange but no more than one week/ten days.
We did a great experience with our exchanges .... we are very happy to take part of Intervac's world! :-)
Sometimes we could travel with a couple of good friends with two children.

Terni is a small town in the south of Umbria, very well connected with the railway Rome-Ancona and the highway A1, exit Orte is 25 minutes far.
Marmore Falls is a 15-minute drive, unique spectacle of nature http://www.marmorefalls.it
Near the city is the magnificent archaeological site of Carsulae http://www.carsulae.it
Umbria is a beautiful region very green and full of medieval villages, Narni (www.comune.narni.it), San Gemini (http://www.borghitalia.it/pg.base.php?id=5&cod_borgo= 945), Amelia (http://www.comune.amelia.tr.it/) are a 20-minute drive.

Perugia is a 45-minute drive, 30 minutes Spoleto, Gubbio one hour and half.
We invite you to discover the South Umbria and and all its charming medieval villages, taste the good food and the good life. Opportunity to practice climbing, rafting (www.pangea-italia.com), horseback riding and other active sports.

Paolo & Emmanuela are a super friendly and hospital family ! And they have long term experience withing the intervac community (always nice to know) Wonderful tips and ideas for visits and restaurants. Quit centrally located and easy to visit Orvieto, Viterbo, Perugia and Assisi. We even went to lovely Rome. Accessible for wheelchair users (though measurement of the elevator is necessary beforehand). Enjoy !

We're non-smoker. Smokers are welcome if they smoke on the balcony.
Sorry but we prefer to not have pets in our home.
You will find our house clean, tidy for a comfortable stay.
If you want not to be stressed for cleaning during your stay and for your final cleaning, it's possible to avoid it by paying our housekeeper, just let us know, thank you.
Open to any proposal. We like very much seaside, cities and discover new landscapes and culture.
