Wonder Umbria, green heart of Italy!
Dear friends, sorry but we are restoring our house so we can't organize swap until the end of this works.
If you would you like to visit Umbria we have availble our second home in Casteldilago, close Marmore Fall's - IT1017364
Spacious and bright apt on the fourth floor of a building in the center of Terni nearby the public park "La Passeggiata" ideal for walking and running. Easy access with double lifts, without architectural barriers.
The appartment is about 120mq, with one kitchen, two large room and a studio, two balcony.
Nearby the building the Sporting Club "Pass Partout" whit a public outodoor swimming pool.
In front our buildind a green area with children palyground and a large free car parking.
Supermarket and bank nearby, 10-minute walk, on Friday morning in the center there is also a Farmer's Market "Campagna Amica", with organic vegetables.
The train station is about 30 minute walk, Terni and Rome are well connected, for schedule please visit: www.trenitalia.com.
We have available 4 bikes, one for man, one for woman and two for children 8, 5 years old
We can offer also the availability of equipment for small children.
We can also exchange our second car, a Toyota Yaris (2004) with two children seats for move around Umbria (not suitable for long distance).
We can arrange also a not simultaneous exchange but no more than one week/ten days.
We did a great experience with our exchanges .... we are very happy to take part of Intervac's world! :-)
Sometimes we could travel with a couple of good friends with two children.

Umbria is a very green and quite region of Italy...and also a mistic place!

Family of one son (born in 2008 - Leonardo) and one cat Princess Leila.
We are an agronomist (Paolo) and account executive at www.mollydesign.com (Emanuela).
We are very respectful of other people's stuff.
We're non-smoker. Smokers are welcome if they smoke on the balcony.
Sorry but we prefer to not have pets in our home.
You will find our house clean, tidy for a comfortable stay.
If you want not to be stressed for cleaning during your stay and for your final cleaning, it's possible to avoid it by paying our housekeeper, just let us know, thank you.
Open to any proposal. We like very much seaside, cities and discover new landscapes and culture.
Estilo de vida
We are a very active family who love travel and discover different cultures. We love both the sea and the mountains, often we hiking in our area.
We like to discover customs and traditions of foreign countries, we love good wine and good food .... we grow organic vegetables.
We are a family "green-oriented", very respectful of the surrounding environment, we love to buy food at Farmer's market or directely at the Farm.
We speak English, French and Spanish.
We are very respectful of the things of others, we consider your home like our.

Accessible for wheelchair users (though measurement of the elevator is necessary beforehand).
