If you are thinking of coming to Edinburgh during the Festival in August (1st-21st) please look at our entry. We are interested in any time from June 1 till mid -August. We are seeking in return a lively location with good public transport links. (Seaside would be great!) Please note! We are only interested in exchanging with England Wales or Ireland this time. Modern flat in Edinburgh
We stay near the centre of Edinburgh, on the first floor of a modern building with a well-maintained shared garden at the back. The living area is open plan, spacious and bright. The kitchen area has all the usual modern appliances. We have Wi-Fi. There is a lift and secure entry system.
The bedrooms are at the back and are very peaceful and relaxing, with en-suite available. There is also a bright, comfortable sitting-room overlooking the garden at the back of the flat.
