located in a small village with all amenities as supermarket, pharmacy, doctors, ATM, restaurants, weekly local market, The house is a 3 storey house with 5 double bedrooms, spacious family kitchen and living room.
The 3rd floor is a 100m2 playing and TV room.
You'll also find 3 bathrooms. The house is fully equipped, with TV, WIFI, washing and drying machines, espresso machine, etc...
Big garden with old trees to stay out in summer with barbecue. The village has a very nice river, for trout fishing and for swimming. 20mn far there are many beautiful lakes and mountains where you'll have beautiful swimming or hiking days. Vineyards around the village are very famous and provide very nice walking tours and nice Wine tasting moments.
