Looking for a sunny place in southern Europe 2/3 weeks - July - August 2026

Very confortable and quiet flat (big livingroom, american kitchen, 1 bedroom with dobble bed queen size, bathroom, terrace). 5th floor with lift. Walking distance from Montmartre, departement stores and Grands boulevards). Close to metro Saint Georges Station. Typical parisian area with a lot of shops and restaurants. Very convenient for a stay in Paris. No need to have a car but public parking in front of the building. For 2 persons only.
Typical charmin parisian flat.
Looking for the same kind of place elsewhere.
Possible to realize exchanges during week-ends in Europe : 2 or 3 days.
I really prefer big cities but I don't mind being in the countryside (but not far from a big city).

Appartement style loft (grand séjour, 1 chambre, cuisine américaine, salle de bain, wc, terrasse. Au pied de Montmartre, en plein coeur du 9ème arrondissement de Paris. Le Paris typique avec ses boutiques, épiceries fines, restaurants et cafés. A deux pas de la place Saint Georges et du métro du même nom. 5ème étage avec ascenseur, très calme, sous les toits. Terrasse de 9 m2 avec vue sur la place Toudouze. Montmartre et les Grands Boulevards, les Grands magasins sont accessibles à pieds.
Pour 2 personnes seulement
Typique appartement parisien. Je recherche le même type d'appartement - décoré avec soin - dans une ville d'Europe.
