The house is a semi-detached house with a small garden in a complex with a community pool (free use). On the ground floor there is a living room, an open kitchen, and a guest toilet. You can use 2 bedrooms (out of 3) and a family bathroom taht are located on the first floor. One with a double bed and one with two single beds.

Paphos is a major Mediterranean tourist destination, with an international flavor. Universal is a very safe and pleasant neighborhood of Paphos. The house is within walking distance to the beach and promenade (20 min. ) and to the taverns and pubs (15 min.) There is also a Greek restaurant with live music within a 5 min walk. There is a Gym within 5 min walk, and a bus station within 5 min walk.

We are a retired Israeli couple. We live in Israel but consider Paphos as our second home.
We have two sons and three grandchildrens including identical tweens. We enjoy playing with our grandchildrens. We also like to play RUMMIKUB with friends, and to travel abroad.
