Nestled in the peaceful village of Viken, our semi-detached home at Svanebäcksgården offers a calm and refined setting on the beautiful Kulla Peninsula in southern Sweden. The area combines coastal charm, open landscapes, and close access to both nature and culture, making it an ideal place for relaxation as well as exploration.
Svanebäcksgården is surrounded by quiet streets, greenery, and the characteristic atmosphere of old fishing villages along the Öresund coast. From here, the sea is always close. Beautiful beaches and walking paths invite daily swims, sunset walks, and long summer evenings by the water. The coastline around Viken is known for its clear views across the sound toward Denmark.
For golf enthusiasts, the region offers several highly regarded golf courses nearby, including scenic seaside fairways that attract players from across Scandinavia. The combination of sea air, rolling landscapes, and well-maintained courses creates a unique golfing environment.
The Kulla Peninsula is also rich in culture and history. Charming villages such as Mölle, Arild, and Höganäs offer galleries, local crafts, cafés, and restaurants with strong ties to the region’s culinary traditions.
