Our home is a bright and spacious house designed for comfort and relaxation, perfectly positioned to enjoy sweeping sea views. The property features a generous entrance area with a large hallway that creates an inviting first impression. Inside, the house offers several cozy living spaces, including a dedicated TV lounge with a large sofa, comfortable bedrooms with quality beds, and a spacious bathrooms equipped with both bathtub and shower, as well as a sauna for unwinding after a long day.
The home also includes practical amenities such as a separate laundry room, a garage, and a full basement. Outdoors, you’ll find large, sheltered seating areas and a beautiful garden that opens toward the surrounding landscape and the sea.
The house has 3 sleeping rooms with double bed, 1 sleeping room with singel bed and there is a double sofa bed in the basement living room.

The neighborhood is safe and welcoming, with friendly neighbors and a relaxed atmosphere where children play freely. Beaches, a football field, and the town center are all close by, and there is a bus stop conveniently located right outside the house. Nearest place for a bath, 500 meters. The harbor, with boat access and mooring, is only a two‑minute walk away. In the garden, children can enjoy a trampoline, making the outdoor space even more inviting for families.

We like outdoor activities and bathing in the sea.
Home Exchange Profile Description
We are a family of five, now grown, with three sons: Gaute (born 1988), Eirik (born 1991), and Audun (born 1997). Our family is growing, as Eirik is now a father to our two grandchildren, Linnea (born 2019) and Isak (born 2024).
Our Professional Lives:
• Oddrun is a psychomotor physiotherapist working in private practice.
• Per is a psychologist working for "Alternative to Violence," an organization dedicated to treating and preventing domestic violence.
Our Vacation Homes:
We are fortunate to have a second home—a cabin located on Ringebufjellet, close to the popular ski resort Kvitfjell. We primarily use the cabin during the winter season for skiing and enjoying the mountains.
During the summer months, we spend much of our time on the water. We have a motorboat which we frequently use to explore the beautiful islands and small islets in the archipelago outside of Tønsberg.
