Lovely and quiet apartment on the third floor with an amazing view
This lovely, private and quiet apartment is on the top floor of a well kept apartment building overlooking the sea, with a view of Esjan, Kjarlanes and Snæfellsnes. With three bedrooms, a livingroom, kitchen and bathroom with a washing machine. Nice, cosy and feels just like home.
Three bedrooms, each with one bed. One bed is a king size, one is 140cm and the third can be pulled out so that it is a double. One bathroom with a laundry machine and a comfortable shower. Livingroom, dining area and kitchen in an open space.
Free parking on the premise with about 2 minute walk to the apartment. There is no elevator in the house so guest must be able to walk upp three flights of stairs.

This is a rather large apartment building in Vesturbærinn with a big grocerie store in just about 3 minute walk from the building. A 5 minute walk to the swimming pool and gym, 20 minutes to an outdoor foot-bath and 30 minutes to get to the most beautiful lighthouse. The down-town area or centre is about a 20 minute walk away. There is a bus station right outside the house.

A couple looking for new adventures
We are a couple from Iceland looking for new experiences and new places to see and vistit.
We have over 10 years experience with Airbnb but want to move over to house exchange.
We are respectfull guests, tidy and quick to respond to messages.
It is not a requirement that we recieve a car where we will be visiting.
