A beautiful barn conversion near Cambridge
Ours is a modern conversion of a 16th century barn in the small market town of Royston. Whilst the house is right in the centre of the town, it’s set back from the road in a quiet gated development. We are a few minutes walk from shops, cafes and restaurants but also only 5 minutes from the railway station from which it’s one stop to Cambridge (about 10 minutes). You can also get direct to London in 38 minutes. The main space is a triple height entertaining area with open plan kitchen. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and a further double upstairs with family bathroom on the first floor and shower room on the ground. We only have a medium-sized courtyard garden, but we are five minutes walk from the beautiful Therfield Heath and woods. Royston is surrounded by beautiful countryside and we have dedicated parking spaces for two cars.

Artistic family of four who love travelling and want to a relax in a calm French village for a while
We have always loved to travel and our two boys are both relaxed and easy-going travellers. We’d like them to enjoy trying to speak French (we both speak just a little of several languages as classical singers) so are keen to come to France for a couple of weeks to relax and enjoy another culture and its language.
