A modern 3 bedroom Town House overlooking the Adur Estuary

We live in the beautiful, historic seaside town of Shoreham by Sea, in an area of outstanding natural beauty next to the South Downs.
There is easy access by public transport to nearby Brighton, Worthing, Chichester and Portsmouth.
London is also easily reached with direct services from the mainline station, 10 minutes walk away.
Our house has a wonderful view of the Estuary, and you can watch the tide rising and falling, and see all the wildlife!
There is a car parking space directly outside.
It is a well equipped and comfortable home.

We are Anita and Ian, both now retired. Ian was a manager in the Garden Supply industry, and Anita was a primary school head teacher.
We have a grown up family, and are now enjoying being grandparents. In the past we were Intervac members whilst our family were growing up, and had 9 successful exchanges. This was back in the day of paper catalogues!
Travelling to new places has become very important to us, so we are looking forward to becoming house exchangers again.
