Comfortable house on the coast close to city and nature
A modern two-story house with private garden on a green and peaceful area. The house is well equipped with for example spacious fully stocked kitchen, barbecue, TV, Playstation 5, dish and clothes washing machines. There is one bedroom with double bed and two teenager bedrooms with bunk bed and loft bed. In case you need to work we have also an office room.
Walking trails to a large park and nature start from the door. The seafront is 400 meters away and there are many beautiful beaches nearby. A bus stop is very close to the house and it takes 20 minutes to the metro station. There is also an option to take a ferry straight to the Helsinki city center.
We also have 4 adult sized bikes. A sup board and camping equipment is available. Exchange of cars is possible. We have automatic Subaru Forrester 4 wheeler. However, thanks to public transport, you can get on without a car as well.

Laajasalo is a large island in front of Helsinki city. There is a bridge that connects the island to mainland. The island has a small shopping centre, some restaurants and other basic services. Since we are in Finland there is a public seaside sauna as well. A bus drives (20 min.) to the nearest metro station. There is also a ferry connection to the city center. There are beautiful beaches, forests and parks all around the island.
In Helsinki urban culture meets coastal nature. Helsinki city and the surrounding Helsinki region offer many possibilities.

During holidays we enjoy spending time in nature. We are interested in all kinds of outdoor activities such as hiking, biking and water sports. Our hobbies include tennis, dancing and jogging. Our son loves bouldering and is interested in good bouldering locations and mountains.
We are also interested in history. All kinds of historical monuments and old cities are a bonus for us.
