Light and Spacious house, strategically located.
Our home it is only at half hour from Dublin airport by motorway. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the house is in a Cul-de-sac area where children can play safely in the street.
The house is located in one of the most famous beaches in Ireland. Walking distance from supermarkets, restaurants, shops and sports facilities. Public transport to from Dublin in front of the house. It is a strategic point to visit both Northern Ireland and the Republic.
Our house has 2 double rooms with one en-suite and Super King sized bed, 2 single rooms that one is used as an office, plus the attic that has a king sized bed, en-suite, sitting room area and an office area. We love our Irish bright big kitchen that opens to the garden and shed, where you can find 5 bicycles ready to be used. Our car will be also available to be used if we travel abroad.
We look forward to exchanging homes with people around the world!

We are a family of four from Spain living in Ireland for the last six years. Josep is a secondary Science teacher and I am a Nurse. Our eldest son is now in Spain studying in college, he might not travel with us. Our youngest son is 16 years old.
We love traveling an a few years ago we were Silver members of this platform with several successful exchanges.
