Nice and large apartment in the very center of Seville
Large apartment with 5 rooms, 3 of them with 2 beds, and the other 2 are studies. 3 bathrooms, complete kitchen with microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher…. dining room with TV, air conditioner and a large table for 6-8 persons, in the VERY CENTER of Seville: next to the El Salvador Church, 500 metres from the Cathedral, Archivo de Indias, City Hall, Plaza Nueva, Plaza de San Francisco. 1.5 km from the Plaza De España, 1km from the Parque de María Luisa, Torre del Oro and Guadalquivir river..... The apartment is close to ALL the monuments and places tha must be visited in Seville!!!
The neighborhood is calm during the night, since bares and restaurants must close at 12.00 pm, but crowed during the day. There are all kind of bares and restaurants (the most of them are spanish food, but there are many asiatic, italian, arabian….., cafes (the best churros con chocolate), bakeries, cake shops, ice cream shops…, supermarkets, shopping areas, laundry (althought the apartment has its own washing machine), a gym right across the street....
There are many public parkings very close to the apartment, but we recomend not to use the car, since you can walk everywhere and its better to use public transport for farhter journeys.
Our apartment is in the centre of Seville, but it´s our second home, so we are open to Non Simultaneous exchanges.

We had a wonderful home exchange experience and highly recommend this space. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Some people worry about staying in a holiday home, but this property was exceptionally well organized, uncluttered, and welcoming, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. The photos and description were accurate and reflected the space perfectly. The location was outstanding and made it easy to explore the beautiful and historic city of Seville. This was a destination we never imagined we would visit, and we are absolutely thrilled that we did—it is truly an amazing city. While there was no parking directly at the apartment, it was located nearby and easy to access. Being right in the heart of the city did come with some nighttime noise. Due to the heat, we needed to keep the windows open, and the apartment overlooks a courtyard with several restaurants, so evenings could be lively. We found that wearing earplugs at night worked well and helped us sleep comfortably.
