Rome - 10 minutes to city centre
My flat is 40 sq. metres: it has got a living room/kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a small balcony. I have recently added air conditioning.
The underground station is 1 minute from the house and you can reach the city centre in 10 minutes. The area is full of shops and services.

The area is lively and you can find anything you need at walking distance: supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shops of any kind. Underground station is 1 minute from the house, as well as Stazione Tuscolana, where the train from Fiumicino Airport stops.
San Giovanni Basilica is 10 minutes on foot, and if you walk 10 minutes more you'll reach the Colosseum!
The area also has a huge park called Caffarella.

Paola is a great communicator and has given us lots of useful advice of what to do during our stay. With her help and information it was very easy to set up a very nice holiday programme for a 10-day visit to Rome. The flat itself is ideally located: the train station connecting this part of Rome to the airport is just a few minutes away, the sea can be reached by train and metromare directly and at a very low fare, and the city walls of ancient Rome are within easy walking distance. The comfortable flat is for 2 people and offers all amenities like internet access, TV, gas cooker, shower and balcony. All in all we spent a fabulous holiday in Rome and are looking forward to welcoming Paola and her partner as well as their kids in Austria, as the exchange was set up as a non-simultaneous one.

I live in this flat on my own, but I have a partner who has two children (19 and 14 years old). We would like to go on a holiday all together, so we need a house for four people.
