Lovely, childfrienly house and garden close to the sea

The villa is located in quiet surroundings on a closed road og has a large child friendly garden, less than one kilometer to the sea. The house is 182 m2 has 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, an open kitchen with exit to a covered terrace and large living room with play area.
The neighborhood has great walking and cycling paths to lots of different playgrounds and beautiful nature. Theres 5 km to the city center and great possibilities for public transport.
In the neighborhood is attractions such as Denmarks museeum of the sea and Men at sea. Legoland and lalandia Billund is 60 km away, Ribe is 35 km away.
