Our home is located in a gated community off of County Highway 30A on Florida's Emerald Coast off the Gulf of Mexico. This area is in the panhandle of Florida located midway between Destin and Panama City. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. It has a living room with an additional sunroom where it is a pleasure to read the morning news with a cup of your favorite java. The neighborhood sports a resort style pool with waterfalls. The beach is just 1/2 mile from the home and an easy walk, bicycle, or golfcart ride; all included! Once on 30A, you'll find both casual and fine dining restaurants, gift shops, clothing stores, bicycle and walking trails, art vendors, ice cream shops, and so much more. With the amazing crystal blue waters and sandy white beaches of the Emerald Coast, it's no wonder this area has become known as the "The Hamptons of the South".

There is something here for everyone. If you are active, you can enjoy paddleboarding, kayaking, parasailing, deep sea fishing, jet skiing, bicycling, hiking, early morning jogs, and more. If you are one who enjoys reading a good book, you can do just that at either the neighborhood pool or at the beach. Leisurely evening walks or a golfcart ride up to the beach to take in the sunset is always a favorite. No matter your preference, you'll find it here.

The nearest airport is the Panama City International Airport (ECP) and it is located 38 miles from the house and approximately a 50 minute drive. Our beach town is a family community town and most establishments close at 10:00 p.m. Night life can be found east of us in Panama City or west in Destin. You'll find lots of music and dancing in either direction. Both are about a 30 minute drive.
