Sunny house with terrace and garden in a quiet residential area at 30 min. from Ghent and Bruges.
We build this sunny house in 1992.
In summer there is sun in the garden from 7 a.m. till 8 p.m.
When it's too hot for the terrace, it's nice staying under the trees.
There we eat during summer.
We have 1 bedroom with a double bed and 2 bedrooms with a single bed.
We have a treadmill, 2 electric bikes and 1 non-electric bike.

Sobre a vizinhança
We live in a very quiet street in a little village named Vosselare.
At < 1 km there is a supermarket, a butcher, a pharmacy, a restaurant and a take-away pizzeria.
At 3 km you find several shops.
The neighbours are about the same age as us and they are very kind.
At 4 km we have friends with more than 25 years of homechange experience.
They will be ready for help and advice.

Referências de trocas efetuadas
Het huis ligt op een handige locatie in het westelijk deel van België; reisafstanden daar zijn echter niet groot. Zelfs tripjes naar Nederland en (Noord-) Frankrijk behoren tot de mogelijkheden.
Carine and Ivan's home was just as described and was very comfortable. It was in a quiet suburb at the edge of the countryside but close to shops, restaurants and the city of Ghent. It was an ideal location for cycling and walking.
De woningruilers hadden voldoende voorbereidingen getroffen voor ons verblijf, informatie, een hapje en een drankje Het huis was voldeed aan de weergave op de feedback pagina
Sim, completamente. É uma casa muito confortável e espaçosa. Tem muita luz e um belo jardim.
