A very nice apartment in Reykjavík city center - just five minute walk downtown.
The flat is on the 4th floor, above a literary publication. Very quiet with good neighbours. There is only one bedroom but in the main area is a sleeping sofa against the TV for two persons. It is in a corner so to speak but open so people have to be good friends to stay at the flat, or in a family. In the master bedroom there is a mattress for a single person. Hence, the flat can accommodate in all five persons. There is a huge balcony to the north and west and another smaller one to the south, so one should be able to catch all the sun available. The kitchen is good and open for the chef to talk to the guests while cooking. The bathroom is big with a combined bath and shower. The machine is both a washer and dryer in one.
