A chain-house with an own little garden and a terrace just a step away from the city centre. The house is located in an old and peaceful part ot the Gothenburg called Örgryte with excellent transport communications and a walking reach to the main places you would definitely like to visit once you visit Gothenburg.
The closest tram stop is just 200 meters away. The main attractions like Swedish biggest amusement park -Liseberg, World Culture museum, Universeum or Volvo museum is approximately 15 minutes walk distance away, Art museum at Göteplatsen as well as the main street - Avenue will take you around 25 minutes walk.
You can hardly find a better location if you want to investigate the city centre of Gothenburg.
The house is 140 sq.m. with the living room, dining room and a kitchen located on the ground floor. On the second floor you will find a master bedroom, 2 smaller bedrooms and a bathroom.
