Lovely 4-bed in peaceful suburb, 20 minutes to city centre on tram
A nice semi-detached 4-bedroom house on a quiet, friendly road, with a west-facing garden perfect for barbecues of a summer's evening (we do get those still!) and a modern, glassy kitchen/dining extension.
Dundrum is a nice, well-established suburb of Dublin, with loads of amenities. Dundrum Town Centre is a 10 minute walk away, the M50 is a 10 minute drive away, the nearest Luas stop is 8 minutes walk. In fact the line runs right past our back garden but, as it is an electric tram, it's nice and quiet.

Justin and Sandra were amazing partners in this swap. Super communicative and solution oriented as we worked through car exchange and insurance companies. They have a lovely house that was accurately portrayed and an amazing Tesla that got us all over Ireland. Our house was in excellent shape when we returned home. Highly recommend them as a future exchange partner.
