Appartement de 70m², au 5ème étage avec ascenseur.
Salon, 2 chambres dont une ouverte sur la cuisine (sans porte) avec un canapé lit de 120 cm de large (bien pour 1 personne, étroit pour 2!), salle de bain.
Style parisien avec moulures, parquet, cheminée. Décoration soignée.
Calme (sur cour) et clair.
Piano à queue.
Pas d'écran de TV, mais accès à toutes les chaînes de TV par la box Wifi à partir de votre propre téléphone, ordinateur ou tablette.

Apartment 70 m2 recently renovated, in perfect condition, fully equiped. At the 5th floor with lift.
Living room, 2 bedrooms : one with a double bed (160 cm), one of which opens onto the kitchen (without door), with sofa bed 120 cm (good for 1 person, narrow for 2!) and a bathroom.

Typically parisian style with stuccoed ceiling, oak parket flooring, open fireplace, elegant decoration.
Quiet and clear (over the courtyard).
Grand piano.

No TV screen, but access to all TV channels via the Wifi box from your own phone, computer or tablet.
