CHAMONIX - fantastic view, France
As the chalet is a secondary house, THE EXCHANGES CAN BE NON SIMULTANEOUS.
NO EXCHANGE for 09/07/22 to 21/08/22. Last August, only non simultaneous exchange.
I wish 1 week in London in September.
The house is very well located, 1 km away from the city center, just in front of the MONT-BLANC. It is large and comfortable with its five bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Within 100 meters there is a small commercial center, with a super U food-store, a bakery, a chemist's. ..The railway station and the bus stops are near.
Chamonix is a wonderful destination in winter and in summer as well : skiing in winter and so many different activities in summer : trekking, mountain walks, mountain riding, olympic swimming-pool, ice-skating, ice-hockey, summer sliding, horseback riding, golf, rafting, canyoning, bowling...
Switzerland is less than one hour away through the Montets pass (Gianada foundation in Martiny) and Italy easily reachable through the tunnel (Aoste with its market and its wines , thermal spring at Pré Saint Didier...)
CHAMONIX is a very pleasant and cozy small town, in any season, with its various shops, cafés, restaurants & cinemas and its Saturday market....
There are a lot of activities for children and teens.

The chalet is available for non-simultaneous exchange preferably in summer.

Nous échangeons le chalet de Chamonix depuis des années pour nos vacances en famille. C'est un chalet familial en indivision avec ma soeur et nous y allons chacune à notre tour..
Mes 2 filles Ada, Lilou et Kaïs mon petit-fils de 9 ans pourraient me rejoindre pour un échange.

We have been trading house for over 30 years, at sea, in the countryside or in big cities. And we love this principle for our holidays.
I love cooking and discovering local specialties.
We are respectful of the place and the neighborhood.
We love nature, big cities, lakes, sea, mountain and are open to any interesting proposals for a long WE (not too far), 1 to 2 weeks in spring or autumn.
The cottage is a second home so non simultaneous exchanges are possible especially in spring (in winter it is more complicated).
Whenever possible, we like to take our little cat korat (she does not harm anything and lives in an apartment)

Nous pratiquons les échanges de maison depuis plus de 30 ans, à la mer, campagne ou dans des grandes villes. Et nous adorons ce principe pour nos vacances.
J'aime beaucoup cuisiner et découvrir les spécialités locales.
Nous sommes respectueux des lieux et du voisinage.
Nous aimons la nature, les grandes villes, les lacs, la mer, la montagne et sommes ouverts à toute propositions intéressantes pour un long WE (pas trop loin), 1 à 2 semaines au printemps ou à l'automne.
Le chalet est une résidence secondaire donc des échanges non simultanés sont possible surtout au printemps (en hiver c'est plus compliqué).
Quand cela est possible, nous aimons bien emmener notre petite chatte korat (elle n'abime rien et vit en appartement)

NL6216The house is spacy and could easily house us all. We were warm and cosy and had wonderful evenings together in the living room.
The views from the windows are spectacular!
All conveniences such as busstops, supermarket, bakery, butcher and for skiërs also important, the pharmacy are very close.
We had a great time with daughters and grandchildren.
