Cozy little flat in a quiet area
I live in a lovely little flat with a livingroom and a bedroom. Of course there's also a bathroom with a shower + a kitchen. There's also a big balcony and a garden that I share with the other 3 flats in the house.
The flat is on the ground floor - there are 4 steps up to my door.
If you need more room for sleeping I have a guest room on the second floor where 2 people can sleep. It is also possible to sleep on the sofa. So up to 5 people can sleep here.

Sobre a vizinhança
I live in a street with very lovely old villas. Close by is the main street of my part of town where you will find shops, restaurants, pharmacy, a library and a shopping center with a hologram zoo and a Boulders where you can climb. There are several supermarkets.
I live quite close to metro stations and that will take you to the city center (10 min) as well as to the airport. (25 min. to the airport) and there are s-train stations nearby as well + many buses. Public transportation is good here.
I have a bike that you can use.

Artist and teacher's creative home
Pernille is a part time teacher in a language school for adults. Pernille is also a lino cut artist and has her workshop in her home (in another room than the flat). Besides making art Pernille loves to dance.
