On the ground floor new renovated bathroom with, shower and toilet, a large living room and new renovated kitchen.
From the kitchen and the living room, you can go directly into the garden which proceeds into a little forest. On the second floor is a bathroom with badtube and toilet, tree bedrooms. On the third floor is a tv room.
Within walking distance (10 min) from the house there is a popular beach Erstavik.

Saltsjöbaden / Solsidan is a calm upmarket suburb of Stockholm, only 20 minuters by car from downtown Stockholm. The trip by the direct buss from our house to center of the stockholm (slussen) takes 25 min. Saltsjöbaden has a storied history that began in 1889 when the famous financier and politician Knut A Wallenberg , director of Stockholms Enskilda Bank. Wallenberg was a visionary who wanted to Saltsjöbaden would become the consummate recreation goal for modern man to return to in all seasons.

Sea is everywhere around - 150 m from the house, lots of very nice walks around, the house is i situated in one of Stockholms large nature reserve along the sea with plenty of walks, running paths, perfect place to stay and rent a boat to also explore Stockholm archipelago (24,000 islands) with plenty of opportunity to find your own little island to picnic on far from anyone else. If you have an international boat drivers license, we can help you arrange the right boat to rent!

Solsidan - the village - is featured in one of the most popular Swedish Soap Operas of all times with the same name as the village. In the series, the rich and wealthy and their lives is pictured in contrast to the more middle classed families. It is hugely popular although it doesn't necessarily shows how it really is. Solsidan is a very calm, nice and pretty neighborhood with nature all around. It is one of the most expensive areas of Stockholm.Taking long walks in the neighbourhood watching nature and luxury houses is a favourite passtime!
