Flat in Reykjavik, Iceland with a garden

We live in an apartment on 2 floors. On the lower floor there is a living room, a dining room, a study, an office/computer room and a bathroom. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms, a small office and a bathroom.
We have a sunny garden with a patio, and a lovely view of the ocean.
The apartment is relatively close to the center of Reykjavik: 10 minutes by bus or 20 minutes on foot.

Our car is a Misubishi Pajero, which is really well suited for driving in Iceland.
