Apartment in Isla Cristina, Huelva, Spain
Beach apartment (75 sqm) located in the south end of Spain, in the border between Spain and Portugal. About 200 meters from the beach, in a picturesque fisher village, Isla Cristina (pop. 24,000). Golf and other services located nearby, excellent seafood, and Portugal at 20 km from the village. Faro (in Portugal, with airport) is located at 56 km from the village, Sevilla (in Spain, nearest Spanish airport) about 140 km from the village, and Huelva is at about 50 km. Isla Cristina can be reached by train from Seville to Huelva and from there by bus or taxi or directely by bus from Seville. It can be also reached from Faro by buses. It is an ideal base for discovering Western Andalusia (Seville, Huelva, Cordoba) and the Portuguese Algarve and for nautical trips.
It can accomodate up to 4 persons (one queen, two standard beds). Air conditioning, high speed internet access, and located in a main street of the village. Beach is natural ( pines and dunes) and extends to the nearby vacation resort of Isla Antilla (7 km). It is also possible to cross in a small ferry to the nearby resort of Isla Canela. Ideal dates are summer season from june to september.
