House in Vieux-Port, Normandie
Our family house is a 18th century cottage of 200m² with a 2000m² garden. It is situated in a protected area ("parc regional des boucles de la seine") in an all cottage village.
Our house can welcome up to 9 persons. It has 3 rooms with double beds and the 4th room has a simple and a double bed.
There are two living rooms, one with a huge fireplace where you can enjoy the warmth of the fire at winter time, and the following one with a TV, a Bluray dvd player with a home cinema sound.
The kitchen is all working with gaz, stoves and oven. It has a microwave, a dishwasher, coffee machine and boiling machine. The huge table in the kitchen is where you can enjoy your meals.
The bathroom has a shower and 2 sinks. There is only one toilet and it is separated from the bathroom.
In the garden, kids can enjoy our swing, but it is a little old, my 20y old daughter used to use it too.
There's a table for 6 in front of the house to enjoy some outdoor meals.
There is a washing machine and a tumble-dryer in the outbuilding in the garden, you can also find deckchairs for the summer.
The house is 45 minutes by car from Deauville/ Trouville/ Honfleur, 1h45 from Paris, 1 hour from Caen, 30 minutes from Rouen and Le Havre
You'll also enjoy walking and shopping in Pont Audemer, the little Venice of Normandy.
We also have a house near Paris (3kms from the center), we can make a combine exchange with it ( FR100926 https://fr.intervac-homeexchange.com/listings/20007 )
The house isn't available during summer, my mom lives there during this time.

Notre maison de famille est une chaumière du 18e siècle de 200 m² sur un jardin de 2000 m² dans un village classé où toutes les maisons sont des chaumières.
La maison peut accueillir 9 personnes, 3 chambres ont un lit double et la quatrième chambre un lit double et un lit simple. Nous sommes à 45 minutes de Dauvilles - Trouvilles et Honfleur, - à 1H45 de Paris et de Caen - à 30 minutes de Rouen et du Havre.
Vous pourrez vous promenez et faire vos courses à Pont Audemer, la petite venise Normande (15 minutes). Nous avons également une maison à 3km de Paris, 20 minutes des Champs Elysées en métro, et nous pouvons faire un échange combiné avec les deux maisons, voir FR100925.

Mom and daughter waiting for an adventure (and food)
My name is Nathalie , I am an Chief Financial Officer in Paris. I work in a lawyer office and with an association in my hometown Asnières. I've been all over the place when I was little, my parents worked abroad and we had the chance to live in several countries.
My daughter Ivana is a content creator in advertising (now working on Prime Video Social Media). She loves cinema specially old movies and hors back riding. She's a Harry Styles fangirl.
I love to do ceramics on my free time, you'll be able to see my creations on display in our home. I have a ceramic studio in the attic since my daughter got her own place.
We live in Asnières sur Seine near Paris.
We often travel with my brother and his family and love to discover new places. But to be honest our main interest in new cities is... food.
