Nice house with privacy near Amsterdam , the Netherlands
We (Arnoud, Nathalie, our two children and our cat Pippa) live in the Netherlands.
Our 3 storey house is situated near the city of Amsterdam, in a quiet village with shops at 500 meters. You walk in a few minutes to the tram for Amsterdam or the bus to the old city of Haarlem and Schiphol airport. By car it will take you less time, since you reach the highway in only 5 minutes. And within 25 minutes you'll be at the beach. Amsterdam is a city with many museums such as the Van Gogh Museum and the Rijksmuseum and its canals and restaurants.
The living room is a comfortable area to relax, with a fireplace. It is in open connection to the modern kitchen, with the dining table looking out over the green and private garden. The first floor consists of 2 bedrooms, a studyroom and a bathroom. On the second floor has two bedrooms for adolescents.

Our guests made our exchange very easy. They welcomed us friendly with all instructions we needed. The house was as expected acoording to their listing and photos and we didn't have any bad surprise. The family was very nice. We had WhatsApp videocall before the swap and sent each other several messages and photos about what we visited while each one was at the other's home.

We are a family of four. Sam and Anna are now 19 and 17 years old and we are over fifty ;-)
The children both live at home, but we don't know for howlong...
We are both working in mental health with children and adolescence parttime and love traveling. The home swapping experiences we have were al very good and we're ready for a new adventure!
