House in Hvalfjordur, Iceland
We have a beautiful, second home with spectacular view over the sea, an hour drive from the capital City Reykjavik. Fully equipped with internet access. We have kitchen and living room in same area. There is a smart TV in the living room and the Kitchen has dishwasher, microwave and all normal kitchen supplies. Three bedrooms with double beds. One main bathroom with shower, one guest toilet and washing area with extra shower as well as sauna. On one site there is garden furniture, barbecue, hot tub with jacuzzi and outdoor shower. There is also a small fireplace outside. A beautiful view is over the ocean. Next to the house is a "shed" used as storage for two electronic bikes as well as the fourth bedroom with double bed. So in total there can sleep 8 adults and we also have one crip for small children, up to 3 years. Nearby (20 min) is Akranes with golf course, swimming pool and gym as well as a bakery and a several grocery stores. Borgarnes is smaller town but with nice restaurants, coffee shops, etc. It is very nice to take a walk in the neighborhood or cycle in Hvalfjordur on the road (not much traffic) but it can be very windy!
