House on Kent Island , USA (near Washington, DC)
The House
The house has three large bedrooms, three full baths, a great room with gas fireplace, dining room, family room, large eat-in kitchen, sunroom, and patio overlooking the bay. The home is built in the southwestern tradition with natural wood floors and tile throughout. The master bedroom has a private bath with steam shower and Jacuzzi.
The property is beautifully landscaped with lovely summer gardens. The sunroom or patio are lovely to take in the extraordinary sunsets with a glass of wine. Play croquet, bike around the neighborhood, or just take in the beauty of the location. There is a dock from which you can fish or swim. We also have two kayaks which are available.
We offer a 2018 Subaru Forrester for car exchange. It is very clean and comfortable for 5 people.
