House in Santa Barbara, USA

With beautiful beaches at its base and mountains behind, Santa Barbara is the American Riviera.  For wine lovers, the famous and wonderful wine growing region of Santa Barbara (Santa Ynez Valley) is behind those mountains and a short 20 minute drive. 
Great history, architecture, horticulture and beauty abound. Excellent year round weather, beautiful beaches, outstanding architecture, museums, two universities, great restaurants, shopping, theatre, and many cultural events. 
We have a very comfortable, well furnished, home located in the Riviera neighborhood overlooking the City.  We are a short walk to the historic Mission and downtown and beaches and mountains are very close--all within 1 mile from the house. 
Both bathrooms recently remodeled--one with deep soaking tub and the other has extra large glass tiled shower.
We look forward to exchanging with a single person, couple or small family that will respect our home as we will respect theirs.
