House in Södertälje, Sweden

We live in a house with a big garden in the center of Södertälje, and 30 km south of Stockholm.
Our house is built in 1936. It has 2 floors and a cellar.
Ground floor: kitchen, dining-livingroom with door out to a small terrace and the garden, one library/music room (with a sofa bed for one person) and a toilet.
Upperfloor has 2 bedrooms; one master bedroom and one guest bedroom with a bed 80 cm which easily transforms to a comfortable bed at 160 cm, a toilet/shower and a balcony.
The cellar has a room for washing, hobbyroom etc.
There is a newbuilt guesthouse in the garden with a bed 80 cm which easily transforms to a comfortable bed at 160 cm. The guesthouse has a small kitchen and a toilet/shower. Outside there is a terrace with evening sun, perfect for a nice meal, barbeque...
The garden is 1500 squaremeter with kitchengarden, fruit trees and plenty of space to play and have outdoor meals.
We have one car, VWcaddy maxi life 7p if you want to change car.

Södertälje is a city 30 km south of Stockholm. It is nice nature nearby with the baltic sea, lakes and forests, and also good public transport to Stockholm city with the fantastic arcipelago.
In our city center (5 min walking diastance) you have many restaurants and pubs, spa, shops for food, clothes, pharmacy, library, artexhibitions, outdoor museum with old houses etc from the 1800´s.
You can take an old steam ship from Södertälje center for example to Birka, an Unesco world heritage from the viking age and Swedens first city with nice museum/ restaurant and walks on the island.
