Napier (Art Deco Capital) in Sunny Hawkes Bay New Zealand
My three bedroom Townhouse is ideally located, and only a stones throw from trendy Ahuriri cafes, restaurants, waterfront and beaches where you can sit and watch the stunning sunsets or fishing boats come in and unload their catch.
This tastefully decorated and spacious townhouse, is on two levels. The main bedroom opens out onto the north facing deck with a large bathroom, with separate shower and spa bath, adjacent. Downstairs there is a twin bedroom, and third bedroom/office with a double bed, and another good sized bathroom,
The open plan lounge/living areas open onto extensive decking running across the front of the property which is basked in all day sun where you can relax and enjoy a Bar-b-cue or Al Fresco dining.There are extensive views out over the bay and the Napier port - with lots of activity which guests find fascinating.
Its a wonderful home for entertaining with so much open plan living and additional dining spaces, and fully equipped kitchen with bar/servery. It has a fully fenced garden and lawn outdoor area making it pet friendly (with prior approval).
This centrally located, modern home is an excellent base for your next Napier escape -a six minute stroll to one of the lovely local beaches, or Just a 5 minutes drive to town, via the port or over Bluff Hill. The airport is just 10 minutes away.
The Hawkes Bay Cycle trail is easily accessed, and the local cafes and restaurants a short stroll away , making this an ideal base to explore the Wine Trail or enjoy the Napier Art Deco Festival weekend.
For visitors to the Bay there are an extensive range of wineries to visit, may providing world class dining alternatives and an exquisite range of excellent wines. Enjoy Cape Kidnappers Gannet Colony, or play one of the four championship golf courses, we can arrange fishing charters, sailing, kayaking and surfing.
