House in the middle of Austria with mountains all around in St.Anton an der Jessnitz/Scheibbs
You are living in the center of Austria, between the Danube and the mountains, Vienna, Graz and Linz you arrive in 100 to 150 km. Czechia, Slovenska and Hungary you will arrive in 150 km. Our landscape are mountains of 1000m height, they are settled rare, you find a great show of nature. Our Fotos show our home and our next landscape in the Nature and Culture Park Eisenstrasse-Ötscherland. Near of us are two big skiing centers (Ötscher/Lackenhof and Hochkar), the monasteries of Melk and Mariazell and the Wachau (famous vines). The Mariazellerbahn "Himmelstreppe" is near at station "Winterbach". WIFI/Wlan (100Mbps) is available. We have some plants to check and a cat, she is outside most time. Have fun!

About the neighborhood
St.Anton an der Jessnitz is a little Village in the Nature and Culture Park "Eisenstrasse-Ötscherland" (http://www.naturpark-oetscher.at). Mountains (the Ötscher with a height of 1893m), wood and farmers are around. Our county-city Scheibbs is located at the beginning of the mountains and has about 4500 inhabitants. Through our community drives the oldest electric narrow-gauge railway of europe, you may go with her (http://www.mariazellerbahn.at). We also have part of the "Ötschergräben/Tormäuer", a landscape with canyons and waterfalls. We have an own "Alm" called "Hochbärneck" (http://www.hochbaerneck.com). Since short time we are member of the "Dark Sky Reserve Eisenwurzen".

We hebben een hele fijne ervaring gehad. Alles was geregeld, we voelden ons zeer welkom in het huis.
