SF Bay Home in Pt Richmond, USA, second home in Hawaii
This is in a condominium community overlooking a marina, about 30 minutes from San Francisco and just minutes from the beautiful county of Marin. It's about an hour away from the wine country, 15 minutes from Berkeley.
It's in the historic town of Pt. Richmond, overlooking the San Francisco Bay where there is excellent dining, a community theater and artist galleries.

The condo in Point Richmond is in a community of lovely condos overlooking San Francisco Bay. The city of SF is lit up at night and the view is romantic. In the complex, and just a short walk away are three tennis courts with a ball machine, a fitness room, a sauna, spa and close to Olympic size heated pool. Parking is underground.
We are within easy walking distance of a county park with a beach on the bay and a fishing pier. We are across from the Richmond Yacht Club.
The town of Pt Richmond is either a short drive or a 1 1/3 mile walk from home. It's been described as Bohemian with a number of Art Galleries, a café, curiosity shops and it's own small playhouse. Musical events occur there on a regular basis and it's friendly.
There is a public ferry that runs from Richmond to SF. It is about 10 minutes by car with free parking or a 25 minute bike ride.
We are also about a 15 minute drive to famous Marin County, one of the most scenic in California and the ferry terminal in Larkspur that offers a beautiful ride to SF.
It's about a 30 min drive to SF and public transportation is available through our BART metro, the Richmond Ferry, or bus system.
Napa and Sonoma counties, famous for their wine, are only about an hour away. Monterey is less than 3 hrs and Berkeley and the University of Ca is with 30 minutes. Berkeley has great nightlife, cinema, music and all the facilities of one of the best public universities in the world.
Hawaii is also available as I have a home in Kaneohe on Oahu, the same island as Honolulu. It's also lovely overlooking the famous Kaneohe Bay. For pictures go to google images and type in Poha Kea Point, Hawaii.
