Nice apartment in central Reykjavik

We have agreed our exchange for summer 2024, but would be open to offers from the Autumn 2024 onwards.

We live in central Reykjavik. Our street is the 2nd from Laugavegur, Reykjavik's main shopping street, so we are just 1-2 minute walk from the downtown area. Our neighborhood is nevertheless quiet with very little distraction. There are many attractions within short walking distance, there's a swimming pool just around the corner, and many restaurants and coffee shops close by.

Our apartment is on the 1st floor of the building (up 8 steps). It has 3 bedrooms; one room with a double bed and two rooms with a single bed. Our bathroom has a bathtub and a shower. Washing machine is in the basement (down 8 steps) in a common laundry room with two others. There are 9 apartments in our building, and all our neighbors are very genuine and kind.
