A peaceful hideway in rural Tuscany, Italy
My home was once a restaurant and so has lots of space. It is located in a tiny village with a 13th century borgo. It is within driving distance of many famous Tuscan locations such as Cinque de Terre, Portofino, Lucca, Parma and the Ligurian coast and beaches. The beaches are within a 30 mins drive and there are lovely mountain walks straight out of the apartment.

We are both retired but we have many outside interests and hobbies. We have 5 children from previous relationships and 8 grandchildren, so often provide child care. I am on the Board of several charities and we enjoy entertaining family and friends both in the UK and across the world. I enjoy cooking and entertaining. We both utilise the many options in London for theatre, musicals, opera and exhibitions. I play golf and ski usually in Canada and Europe.

We travel a lot as my husband is a retired British Airways manager so we enjoy generous travel concessions.. I enjoy skiing, golf and water sports and endeavour to maintain a good level of fitness, We have enjoyed walking holidays in Italy and travel across the world, In the past 5 years we have enjoyed cruises to Alaska, USA, Canada and Northern Europe including Russia.
