Cosy flat in Paris - Trendy area next to the Buttes Chaumont Park. Looking for a swap in 2024 : a week in Great Britain, Germany, Switzerland, etc. Important : I wish to travel with my dog.

I live in a sunny cosy small flat (47 sqm) on the 4th floor. It's located in a small street with quite no trafic. The building is vintage (1961). There is a building supervisor and a parking.

The flat is composed of a living-room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with bath, a WC and a small balcony. It's simple and confortable. Ideal for a couple or family with one child/teen. Sorry, there's no TV at home.

I live in the heart of Jourdain district (Paris 19e). Métro station : Jourdain (line 11). From Gare du Nord, direct acces by bus (20mn).

The neighborhood is friendly and very trendy. There are a lot of shops, restaurants and cafés in the area, and many natural/cultural interests in surroundings : Buttes Chaumont Park, Belleville Garden, Père Lachaise cimetery, artists galleries, national theater (La Colline), local concert halls (La Maroquinerie, Studio de l'Ermitage).

It takes only 15 minutes to go Downton Paris (Place du Châtelet, Quais de Seine, etc.) by direct metro.
