Warm and family home at the south of Bordeaux.

Langon city is located in Gironde at 30 minutes from Bordeaux, 1 h from Arcachon, 1.30 h from Périgord and Gers; 2,30 h from Spain and Pyrénées, 2 h from Paris by TGV train. We live in a Art Déco house in center litle town, renovated to maintain the character of the house while providing all modern comforts. This is a family home in a quiet neighbourhood and is clean and inviting with plenty of space to spread out. We have a good-sized garden which has the sun in the afternoon and evening so you can make the most of the lawn, patio and BBQ. There is off-road parking at the back of the house. Our home has four bedrooms and two bathroom upstairs. There are a double living room and a large kitchen/dining room on the ground floor, also an office which will accommodate a sofa.
We also have an enclosed garden with patio, a table tennis table and barbecue. We have various games consoles, 2 TVs, DVD, videos and networked fast broadband internet access (Wi-fi).

We are near the local shops and cafes, including an artisan baker, and art workshop/gallery, it's a short walk to a large park with playground, cafe, tennis courts and a large outdoor swimming pool. A walk or bus to the Underground or railway station gets you to Central Bordeaux at 20 mn. We have two cats.
We can exchange cars if required, we have a X1 BMW with five places
