We live in a house in a quite neighbourhood near the sea. Our garden is great for playing for kids, or just relaxing after a day of activity. The terrace is nice for sunbathing and barbecue on sunny days. Our kids enjoy our trampoline. If you want to swim, there are nice places nearby (5-15 min by car or bicycle), both by the sea and by a lake, even a public outdoor swimming pool facility.
There is a popular golf course within walking distance from our house and nature just round the corner for leisure walks.
There are two smaller grocery stores 700-1300 m from our house and also some nice restaurants nearby one for example at Näsby slott. About 2 km away is a larger shopping mall including a food court, clothing stores, grocery stores etc.

You can either take the car if you want to go to central Stockholm, or you walk 300 meter and take the local train directly to central Stockholm (20 min ride) to enjoy the city's fantastic cultural offerings. Alternatively you can enjoy the Swedish nature, hiking or taking a boat ride to the Stockholm archipelago (30 000 island). The location is also great if you want to explore other Nordic countries, take the boat to Finland (leaves 0-2 hours from the house), drive to Norway, or take a flight (35 min to the airport).

We are happy to share tips on great attractions and activities in Stockholm with surroundings and of course also interesting stops on the way here if you are traveling by car.

We are curious to discover new interesting and exciting places. We will of course take good care of your beautiful home and expect the same from you. We are flexible with dates and duration as long as it is during school holidays (week 44, Christmas (2 weeks), week 9, Easter week 14/15 and summer period mid June-mid August.
