Typical french house of the 1920's renovated near Paris
We live in the west suburb , in Sartrouville, near Paris. It is well located as it is near the city center.
You can choose between the car (Renault Capture 110CV) and you could feel at ease with the navigator, and the train with the line RER A which goes to the center of Paris, the Champs Elysées, the historical center Chatelet where you are close to Notre Dame, Louvre's museum, St Louis' island...
It's a charming house of the 1920's. which has been renovated.
It's a 140 square meter and 40 square meter for the underground.
There are 6 bedrooms with a master suite, two double beds, and 4 single beds . There are also 3 bathrooms with 3 showers, 1 bathtub, a large kitchen, a dining room with chimney and a living room..
Underground, there are a sauna , a cellar, a laundry room, a bedroom and a garage.
Outside, there is a garden with barbecue, table tennis, furniture for garden and bikes.
It's a nice place where you could feel comfortable and the possibility to come with a big family or not, or several adults.
In the valley of the Loir's Castle there is Also a possibility to come for a few days. It's a flat up to 6 people. There is a kitchen semi-open to the dining room. All the comfort as it's full equiped ( Wash-machine,dishwasher, owen,wifi, tv set...), 2 bedrooms . One with 2 single beds and one with a queen bed, a bathroom . Next to Chenonceau, Amboise. Near from the Beauval 's zoo (famous in France), Blois. Montrichard is a nice town with market, castle and possibility to swim in the Cher(river). A place we like going often.

We are Chantal and Philippe (53 and 54).I'm principal of an elementary school and Philippe is a sales manager.
In the House we are living with , Maxime(18)Tess (17) and Marie-Alix(16). Orlane,22 and Andrea,19 don’t live with us at home. We usually don't travel all together but maybe if we could do it ....
There is also the cat "Pretty" . If you can't stand cats, she can stay outside to eat and sleep in her small house. She is quite a gentle cat.
There are also 2 rabbits , Sadja and Ying. They just need water, dry grass .
Estilo de vida
We don't hesitate to move ! Each time we did a swap, it was wonderful holidays! We also like to please our guests and let them feel at ease!
We are open to all propositions.
We are found of good wines, nice meals. As our job takes a big part of our life, we like thinking of rest, to please our curiosity and to let children discover something else. We have a positive way to see life.
