charming, quiet and atypical Parisian apartment

For several years we rented our apartment (which is our home) during the school vacations. Then we felt like switching to the swap. So we are open to all proposals. We have one cat which stays home or which sometimes also comes with us if possible and interesting for a cat (if there is a garden...). We like very much the nature, the silence, the trees and birds, whether it is in the countryside or at the seaside. And we also enjoy center of cities for a couple of days.

In exchange, we put at your disposal our Parisian apartment. It is atypical and spacious, in the East of Paris. It is full of character, is organized on 3 levels and located on the third and last floor (with no elevator) of a medium-sized and modest building.
We love our neighborhood and will be happy to share our favorite places (market, bakery, wine shops, etc.) as well as things to do in order to take the side roads...
From our home, you can do everything by foot, bike or metro. You can find absolutely everything in our neighborhood (many restaurants, bookstores, cinemas, small art galleries). You can forget about your car. This is one of the great pleasures of Paris.

We love our neighborhood. You will find everything you need right around the corner: nice street markets, small food shops, small or bigger public gardens, restaurants. Access to nice places to go out (Belleville, Père Lachaise, Bastille, Bercy), as well as to the largest Parisian park, the Bois de Vincennes, is very convenient and fast. 4 subway lines, 1 RER, 4 buses lines and many velib stations (shared city bikes) nearby.
